My experience
With over 30 years of experience in the travel industry as a General Manager of Operations for TUI UK, First Choice Holidays, and Topflight Travel Group, covering a large swathe of Northern, Eastern & Central Europe, Canada, and America, I have a wealth of experience in operations, sales, strategy, customer experience and crisis management. As a result, I have a deep understanding of what holidaymakers look for during their holidays, as well as possible pitfalls and areas for improvement.
