Who am I? Hi, I’m Lindsey, founder of Ebike-Europe.com, lifelong travel professional, and passionate advocate for making e-biking more accessible to people over 40.
With over 30 years of experience in travel operations, working all over the world with companies such as TUI UK, First Choice Holidays, and Topflight Travel, I’ve spent much of my life helping people discover the joy of exploring new places. These days, I do it from the saddle of an e-bike.
Getting older is never simple!
A few years ago, arthritis in my knees and lower spine meant traditional cycling was no longer an option. I live in the Austrian Tirol, and I wasn’t ready to slow down. Discovering e-bikes changed everything. Suddenly, I could keep up with my (very fit!) husband, ride longer distances, and enjoy the outdoors without worrying about pain or exhaustion.
That’s why I started Ebike-Europe.com to share honest, real-world advice for people like me: active, curious, and not ready to sit still just yet. Whether you’re new to e-biking, want route inspiration, or are nervous about things like safety or terrain, I’m here to help.
